What is FAR Part 95? Is it important to you? Do you even know what it is? I'd even bet a nickle its not in your FAR/AIM but it affects you if you are an IFR pilot.
FAR §95.1: This part prescribes altitudes governing the operation of aircraft under IFR on Federal airways, jet routes, area navigation low or high routes, or other direct routes for which a MEA is designated in this part. In addition, it designates mountainous areas and changeover points.
