Very bad people.  They don't seem to know how to read or write english.  And rude to top it off.  Here's my email exchange with them, note they don't seem to even understand my request for a quote.  The conversation went on a few more emails but those were filled with some pretty rude words -- from both sides.  By the way, the coils being discussed are used on all the different books I've written.

However to you function everyday if you cannot follow a simple link we provided you to figure your shipping cost?  Must be tough to get out of bed everyday knowing you have to rely on everyone else to help you accomplish even basic funtions during the day.
